After over a decade of growth, it has specialized in testing automotive speakers, AVAS, buzzers, electric horns, switches, and spring products. In 2020, it was recognized as the Engineering Laboratory for Automotive Speakers and Spring Elastic Components by the Jining Development and Reform Commission.
The Experimental Center features multiple functional zones, including material, mechanical, and acoustic labs. It conducts type tests and R&D for electric horns, speakers, springs, etc., and performs various tests like material property detection, environmental simulations, and durability checks. Testing standards comply with national, industry, German, Japanese, and major automaker requirements.
Our technical team, with over 70 professionals, covers design, R&D, and quality management. Designers craft product plans, R&D staff tackle technical challenges, and quality managers oversee production. We prioritize talent development with a robust training system, inviting industry experts regularly. Through theory, case studies, and hands - on training, we boost skills. Employees actively pursue certifications like senior engineer and quality management system auditor, strengthening our innovation base. Our two R&D centers in Qufu and Suzhou work in tandem. The Qufu center, on - site at the factory, quickly turns R&D into production. The Suzhou center focuses on advanced tech. Their collaboration drives continuous innovation.
Qufu TEMB works strickly under the standard of IATF16949、ISO14001. The horns passed the CCC、 EMARK certification earlier than other companies in the same field, has the advanced production lines for valve spring and arc spring, and takes part in compiling AVAS, AVTR National Standards.
