Laboratory

The laboratory of Qufu TEMB AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICCO.,LTD. was established in 2008, covering an area of 1,700 square meters. 

It is divided into two areas: the reliability test area and the acoustic test area. It is equipped with more than 80 sets of advanced testing equipment and instruments such as Klippel, ice water impact device, comprehensive vibration table, four-quadrant power supply voltage change simulator, xenon lamp test chamber, etc. 

After more than 10 years of development, it has become a professional laboratory for automotive speakers, AVAS (Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System), buzzers, electric horns, reversing light switches, and automotive spring products.

In 2020, it was rated as the Engineering Laboratory for Automotive Speakers and Spring Elastic Components by the Jining Development and Reform Commission. The Experimental Center is divided into multiple areas, including the material laboratory, mechanical property laboratory, temperature laboratory, climate laboratory, electrical property laboratory, spring load detection room, durability laboratory, semi-anechoic chamber, full anechoic chamber, sound effect evaluation room, and vehicle tuning room.

It can carry out type tests and new product research and development experiments for products such as electric horns, speakers, pedestrian low-speed warning devices, buzzers, right-turn warning devices, DSP audio power amplifiers, compression springs, tension springs, and arc springs. It has the capabilities of detecting the physical properties of materials, conducting temperature and humidity tests, vibration tests, salt spray tests, electrical property tests, acoustic property tests, and durability tests. The testing conditions meet the requirements of national standards, automotive industry standards, German DIN standards, Japanese JIS standards, and the standards of various main engine factories.
