An efficient team of over 90 experienced professional production personnel closely collaborates with automated equipment to form strong production synergy. With scientific production scheduling and advanced production processes, the single-shift production capacity reaches 8 million units, ensuring efficient and stable product supply.

The speaker workshop has 7 fully automated and 1 semi-automated production lines. With intelligent robotic arms and automated material conveying, it standardizes the whole process from component assembly to finished product inspection, with an annual capacity of 20 million units, meeting large-scale market needs.
The SMT workshop serves both internal and external demands. Its 2 automatic SMT production lines with high-speed mounters have intelligent detection and data traceability systems.

The workshop has 80 automated production lines. Relying on intelligent robotic arms, automated detection devices and precise material conveying systems, it achieves full automation, boosting efficiency and product consistency. There are also T100 manual, electronic manual and comprehensive manual production lines. Experienced workers refine key processes for high-precision, customized products. 64 professional devices cover riveting, detection and other core links. Over 60 skilled workers collaborate efficiently, forming strong production synergy. With an annual capacity of 10 million units, it ensures stable and timely market supply.

Buzzer

We've set up two specialized buzzer production lines, staffed by over 20 professional technicians and workers. Leveraging expertise and advanced equipment, we swiftly meet customers' customized needs for timbre, volume, and trigger modes, ensuring efficient delivery from design to sampling. Our buzzer products, rigorously quality-checked, offer high stability and strong environmental adaptability, operating reliably in extreme conditions. With scientific scheduling and efficient workflows, the two lines collaborate to achieve an annual capacity of 2 million sets, supplying the market with ample, high-quality products.

Switch

Our company has established a specialized switch production system with three production lines (including one automated line) operated by a professional team of over 20 employees. The automated line, equipped with intelligent machinery, efficiently manufactures reverse light switches, brake light switches, pressure switches, and other products. All production lines are outfitted with advanced testing equipment to ensure strict quality control. Through scientific production scheduling, the three lines collaborate to achieve an annual output of 3 million units, providing customers with a stable supply of high-quality products.

Spring

The spring workshop is equipped with 10 full-process production lines, covering core processes like cold coiling and hot coiling. With 159 advanced devices such as CNC spring coiling machines and precision grinders, it ensures high-precision production. A professional team consisting of over 50 production workers and 20 technicians strictly controls the quality from raw material inspection to finished product inspection. Leveraging digital management and a scientific scheduling system, the workshop has an annual production capacity of 150 million pieces, enabling it to efficiently meet large-scale orders from customers.
