I. Reviewing 2025: From Stability to Refinement, Comprehensively Strengthening the Quality Defense Line


Over the past year, adhering to the principle of "progressing from stable quality to refined quality," the company carried out a series of solid and effective initiatives:


Strengthened Problem Review and Experience Sharing: Organized dedicated experience-sharing sessions focusing on after-sales faulty parts such as speakers to promote knowledge retention. By establishing specialized teams and deepening the "self-inspection" mechanism, the company effectively resolved issues by tracing root causes using quality tools like 5W, 8D, and Fishbone Diagrams.


Consolidated the Foundation of "Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment, Measurement": Prioritized the advancement of 5S management in production sites and the environment, strengthened cleanliness control among suppliers, designated clean work areas, and systematically identified risks in personnel, tools, and material flow. Concurrently, the company enhanced personnel training in quality perception, implemented regular inspection plans for key testing equipment and critical tooling replacement, ensuring effective process control.


QC Group Activities Yielded Notable Results: The company actively promoted the integration of QC (Quality Control) concepts into daily operations. For instance, a QC group was established for AVAS (Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System) products to tackle quality issues such as uneven glue application and insecure fastening. By introducing automatic glue dispensing machines and optimizing fastening processes, the rate of unqualified sealing was successfully reduced from 10% to 0%, significantly mitigating the risk of product detachment. This successful experience has been disseminated and replicated.


Promoted Technological Innovation and Efficiency Improvement: Implemented multiple quality enhancement and innovation projects. These included: introducing an automatic breathable membrane application solution for the AVAS product platform to improve efficiency and reduce scrap; adopting new self-developed spring flocking technology; improving the phenomenon of buzzer voice coil detachment; optimizing pressure switch testing processes to enhance efficiency; and conducting specialized rectification for warranty issues related to electric horns. Furthermore, by optimizing the cleaning strategy for the solder paste printers on the SMT production line (e.g., shifting from fixed-frequency cleaning to on-demand cleaning), material waste and potential production defects were effectively reduced.

Deepen Problem Investigation and Process Optimization: Building upon existing QC achievements, the next step will involve continuing to investigate potential issues in other product lines, promoting proven effective operating methods and problem-solving models. The company will persistently optimize process instruction manuals to solidify best practices.


Continue Advancing Automation and Intelligence: Leveraging experiences from projects like automatic glue dispensing and automatic film application, the company will expand the application of automation in mature areas. This aims to reduce reliance on manual labor, enhance process consistency, and simultaneously lower labor and material costs.


Build a Long-term Preventive Mechanism: Strengthen all-process quality prevention from design, procurement, and production to after-sales. Through continuous environment optimization, supplier management, personnel training, and technological upgrades, the company will construct a more robust quality assurance system.
