Qufu, December 18, 2025 – A pivotal milestone has been reached for Qufu TEMB Automotive Electric Co., Ltd., a stalwart with over 50 years of expertise in the automotive electrical sector. The company held a grand launch ceremony for its new factory at Qufu Economic and Technological Development Zone, the cradle of Confucian culture. Government representatives, industry partners converged on-site to witness the local enterprise’s strategic stride toward intelligent manufacturing— a move that bolsters the development of Shandong’s new energy vehicle (NEV) parts industrial cluster.
With a total investment of 560 million yuan, the new factory zeroes in on two high-growth segments: intelligent electroacoustic products and automotive audio systems. It will add over 40 advanced automated production lines, spanning three core workshops dedicated to loudspeakers, AVAS (Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System), and electric horns.
Upon full operation, the facility is set to achieve an annual output of 50 million sets of electroacoustic products and 6 million sets of NEV low-speed warning sound systems. Beyond production capacity expansion, the new factory will create more than 300 local job opportunities, driving a dual leap in both the enterprise’s productivity and profitability.
A standout feature of the new factory is its 2,000-square-meter professional testing center, outfitted with world-class equipment for acoustic spectrum analysis, vehicle-level tuning, and durability testing. This facility ensures that all products strictly comply with rigorous national standards, industry norms, and OEM requirements, providing a solid technical foundation for continuous R&D innovation and product quality validation.
Backed by decades of technical accumulation, Qufu TEMB has solidified its position as a core supplier to more than 60 domestic and international OEMs, including industry giants like BYD, SAIC-GM, and FAW-Volkswagen. Its EV low-speed warning sound systems boast a market share of over 40%, a testament to its product competitiveness. The company’s products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions worldwide, underscoring its global reach.
