In June 2025, during the 24th National "Work Safety Month," Qufu TEMB Automotive Electric Co., Ltd. strictly adhered to its annual work safety plan by organizing comprehensive emergency response drills and natural disaster simulation exercises outside the East Area workshop. These activities aimed to fully test and enhance the company's emergency management capabilities.
The drills were uniformly arranged by the company's Work Safety Committee, focusing on simulating emergency response procedures for sudden workshop accidents and extreme weather conditions. On-site, the emergency command team, rescue team, medical assistance team, and logistics support team cooperated seamlessly, swiftly executing rescue operations according to the predetermined plans. The entire process was well-organized and effectively managed, achieving the desired outcomes.
In addition to practical drills, the company innovated safety education methods to strengthen employee awareness through multiple channels:
Daily Safety Knowledge Updates: Using platforms such as the corporate WeChat group, daily updates on work safety knowledge, analysis of typical accident cases, and safe operation procedures were shared with all employees.
Educational Film Screenings: Employees from various departments gathered to watch safety-themed documentaries such as Life Above All, reinforcing the principle of "safety first."
Hazard Identification and Rectification: Following issues identified during the drills, a comprehensive facility-wide safety inspection was conducted, with a rectification log established for closed-loop management.
The company's Safety Director stated, "Through the 'Work Safety Month' campaign, we have further strengthened the safety awareness of all employees and improved our emergency management system. We will take this opportunity to continue solidifying our safety management foundation, ensuring high-quality development for the enterprise."
Qufu TEMB Automotive Electric has always prioritized work safety, maintaining a "zero major accidents" safety management record for multiple consecutive years. The "Work Safety Month" activities will continue until the end of June, featuring additional initiatives such as safety skills competitions and emergency equipment training.
