The Testing Center of Qufu TEMB Automotive Electric Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. After more than a decade of development, it now occupies an area of 1,200 square meters, comprising three specialized zones: Environmental Performance Testing, Acoustic Testing, and Spring Testing. Equipped with over 120 sets of advanced testing instruments and devices, the center has evolved into a professional laboratory dedicated to automotive electro-acoustic products and spring products. It has obtained second-party laboratory capability recognition from customers such as FAW-Volkswagen, Changan Automobile, BAIC Group, Leapmotor, and FAW Hongqi.

After over a decade of growth, it has specialized in testing automotive speakers, AVAS, buzzers, electric horns, switches, and spring products. In 2020, it was recognized as the Engineering Laboratory for Automotive Speakers and Spring Elastic Components by the Jining Development and Reform Commission.


The Experimental Center features multiple functional zones, including material, mechanical, and acoustic labs. It conducts type tests and R&D for electric horns, speakers, springs, etc., and performs various tests like material property detection, environmental simulations, and durability checks. Testing standards comply with national, industry, German, Japanese, and major automaker requirements.

Voice Coil

Qufu Temb Automotive Electric Co., Ltd. has established multiple voice coil production lines in its loudspeaker workshop. These production lines offer a high degree of compatibility and customization for the company's loudspeaker products, fully meeting the usage requirements of the voice coils in our loudspeakers.The voice coil on the production line is a current-conducting coil in the loudspeaker, serving as a critical component of the mechanical wave system in an electrodynamic loudspeaker and can be regarded as the heart of the loudspeaker.

 The performance of the voice coil affects various aspects of the loudspeaker, including sound intensity characteristics, sound intensity level, impedance curve, distortion, transient response, loudspeaker parameters, and sound quality. It is particularly closely related to the power handling capacity and lifespan of the loudspeaker.

All voice coils of our company's loudspeakers are independently developed and manufactured. Currently, they cover a wide range of specifications from 13-core to 68-core, including both designs with connecting wires and those without. The winding techniques vary from single-layer winding to 8-layer winding, capable of meeting the voice coil matching requirements for various in-vehicle loudspeakers.

In the production of Acoustic Vehicle Alerting Systems (AVAS), the core component—the loudspeaker—is entirely independently developed and manufactured by our company. Simultaneously, the printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) used in the system are also fully based on independent design and production. Utilizing in-house core components provides multiple advantages for AVAS products: on the one hand, since both the loudspeaker and the circuit boards originate from the same research and development ecosystem, they can achieve deep integration during the design phase, ensuring system compatibility and optimal performance, fundamentally avoiding potential compatibility risks that may arise from multi-supplier components; on the other hand, this enables us to exercise more effective control over the supply chain, respond quickly to production demands, and implement strict quality control standards at every stage of the manufacturing process.

We possess a professional surface-mount production workshop, equipped with automated production lines and a full complement of operational personnel. During the production process, the Manufacturing Execution System traces the entire production workflow, enabling precise tracking of each component's production milestones and effectively preventing quality issues caused by human errors through error-proofing mechanisms.

The solder paste inspection equipment we employ features three-dimensional detection capabilities, allowing for 100% inspection of all solder joints and comprehensive monitoring of the morphological parameters of the printed solder paste, ensuring the quality of subsequent placement processes. The three-dimensional optical inspection equipment, on the other hand, conducts comprehensive inspections of soldering quality after the placement process is completed, including top-view inspections of the soldering conditions of component pins, ensuring reliable soldering quality of the finished products.

All production equipment meets automotive-grade manufacturing standards. The workshop environment is maintained at a constant temperature and humidity, with cleanliness and electrostatic protection levels fully compliant with automotive production requirements. The warehousing system is equipped with intelligent environmental control functions and, through intelligent integration with the manufacturing system, enables full-process control such as precise material management, error-proofing in operations, and first-in-first-out principles. The automated coating production line features multi-angle processing capabilities, allowing for precision machining of circuit boards through multiple processes such as protective coating application and adhesive dispensing.

Horn Echo Board

Qufu TEMB Automotive Electric Co., Ltd is capable of independently manufacturing horn echo boards and owns an automatic diaphragm forming machine. The introduction of this machine has further improved production efficiency and product consistency. It can operate 24 hours a day with only 1 to 2 personnel in charge. Compared with traditional production methods, it significantly increases output within the same period while ensuring more stable quality, providing strong support for the company's competitiveness in the automotive electroacoustics market.

 

Leveraging its technical accumulation in the automotive electroacoustics field, the company independently researches, develops and produces horn echo boards. By controlling product quality from the source, it ensures the matching accuracy between echo boards and other electroacoustic components, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the horns
